At Matchy, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Simply initiate your request online to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to your local authorized carrier or drop it off at any designated collection point within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
